Definitions & Scope
The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms are given below:
- "Platform" — The 999bj website (999bj.bar) and all associated services, mobile versions, and applications.
- "User" — Any person who has registered on the platform or is using the services.
- "Account" — A user's personal registered profile on the platform.
- "Balance" — The total of deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings held in an account.
- "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit or additional funds granted by the platform.
- "Real Money" — Funds deposited by the user themselves, separate from any bonus.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The mandatory amount of betting that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
These Terms apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh who use the 999bj platform. These Terms must be read together with 999bj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account or use services on the 999bj platform. Valid identification may be required at any time for age verification purposes. Any false information provided by a minor is entirely that individual's responsibility.
2.2 One Account Only
Only one account may be opened per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being suspended or closed. If any information changes, please notify our support team promptly.
Account Security & Responsibility
The user is responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. 999bj will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
- Do not share your login details with anyone else.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, inform us immediately.
- The user is responsible for all transactions and activities carried out from their own account.
- Allowing others to use or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.
- If you log in from a cyber cafe or shared device, always log out at the end of your session.
If unauthorized access to an account occurs, 999bj will take prompt action; however, the platform will not bear responsibility for losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on the 999bj platform:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
- Nagad — The mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Bank Transfer — Via major Bangladeshi banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
Standard withdrawal time: 5 to 30 minutes
4.3 Deposit Terms
Deposited funds will be added to the account after verification. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact our support team. Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted — only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.
4.4 Withdrawal Terms
Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure your account is fully verified. Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are met. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳47,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit plus bonus combined.

- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
- 999bj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- In any bonus-related dispute, 999bj's decision will be considered final.
Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Bets can be placed on 999bj across sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and many other categories. Each game category has its own specific rules, which will be displayed when the game loads.
6.2 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet has been confirmed (after the confirmation screen or button click), it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing a bet.
6.3 Results & Settlement
The outcome of all bets will be determined based on the official results of the relevant event. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, 999bj reserves the right to make corrections, and where applicable, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
6.4 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (FIFA and international tournaments), kabaddi, and various other sports. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the settlement of that bet will follow the applicable rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bj platform and violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure:
- Bonus abuse — using multiple accounts or strategically attempting to fulfill bonus conditions.
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Using software bots, automation tools, or any other automated methods.
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Intimidating, threatening, or harassing other users.
- Defrauding other users through the platform.
- Operating an account using a false identity.
VIP & Loyalty Program
999bj's VIP program offers special benefits to regular users. The program is divided into five tiers, and users can move up based on their regular activity:
- Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback benefit.
- Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback benefit.
- Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback benefit.
- Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.
- Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback benefit.
999bj reserves the right to change VIP tier conditions and cashback benefits at any time. The detailed terms of the VIP program are published separately. Cashback benefits may be applied automatically or manually — the applicable method will be specified in each offer.
Responsible Gaming
999bj places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure by 999bj
999bj may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicious activity indicating fraud or deception.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Due to legal or regulatory obligations.
- Account inactive for an extended period of time.
10.2 Closure by User
Any user may request to close their account at any time. In that case, any valid balance will be fully withdrawable, but if bonus conditions have not been met, the bonus balance will be cancelled. To request account closure, contact [email protected].
Limitation of Liability
999bj is not responsible for the following:
- Disruptions to bets or transactions caused by internet connectivity issues.
- Losses caused by technical problems on the user's device.
- Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
- Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
- Unauthorized access to an account due to user negligence.

Changes to Terms
999bj reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. After any change, the website will be updated and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
